Hi,Ive been having an issue with my emissions warning light displayed on my dash,
It was checked with Vagcom and the fault codes stated that both my Lambda sensors were faulty(2004 3.2. 31k on the clock)so i got them changed, two weeks later the light was back on and the garage said it was showing up as intermitent faults with the post cat sensors.
So had them changed and all was fine for 2 days and guess what? the light was back on!!

The garage said it was a problem with the wiring loom ie; water ingress causing the ECU to pick up the faults. So they hard wired the sensors to the loom and reset the ecu.
35 miles later it was back on

Has anyone heard of this problem before and if so whats the best cure as its cost me nearly £1000. and im sick of paying out money on something which surely is a manufacturing fault. Audi say they have never heard of this before(yeah right).
Any advice would be a blessing.
Cheers
