 How to replace the crankcase breather filter? Hi. I am new to the board. I was wondering if anyone knows how to replace the crankcase breather filter on a 1994 Audi 90s? I am getting blue smoke out the exhaust when the car is hot and I think the filter is the cause of the problem. Problem is I do not know where the filter is located in the engine to repair myself, and do not want to spend the money to have my Audi dealer do it, since I live in Brooklyn, NY and I have yet to find a good audi dealer mechanic. I.e. I brought the car into the dealer because I was losing power going uphill and they charged me $170.00 to tell me they couldnt find anything wrong with the car... any help is much appreciated,  |
