To T3 or not? What is the Diff. Btwn Thrust Bearings

Ok after many hours of reading forums and researching Practical, yet effective turbo applications I'm going with the Garret from: Garrett Series Turbochargers
You'll notice some have the .48 and .63 turbine housing and they are avail. in 270Deg. thrust bearing and 360Deg. thrust bearing. How will these differ and which one will give me the least amount of lag with the biggest HP gain?
