Default critical boost

As you might know, I am designing a sleeper kit. so my question is
How much stock V6 12V and 30V can withtand without being destroyed.
so I ask maximum critical boost and type of fuel can V6 hold w/o geting sky high.

for example, as I read on other forum, a stock 626 mazda with 2.0L engine can hold 7psi of boost without knocking or melting on 93octane.
