camber and alignment i jsut recently purchased a b5 S4 and bought new tires and took it to get aligned and found out that the previous owner must have run off the road or hit something significant that through off th ecamber on the right driver wheel. The alignment shop had to shift the sub frame the whole way to get it to be pretty much even with the left. The car drives and wears tires evenly now but i am worried about lowering it because i dont want to end up with major camber issues because i do not want to buy the overly priced camber correction kit for this car. I have read that because the way the suspension is designed in this car, lowerig it doesnt effect the camber as much as other cars. how true is this? If i were to lower the car 1.5 to 2 inches, should i be expecting major camber issues? thanks for anyhelp |
