Default A6 suspension

I hope I am not the first one looking to do this here...

I am curious if suspension for one engine (eg. 2.7T) will work with another (eg. 2.8), if both cars are of the same model year. I am looking for some new suspension and a moderate drop.

What spring rates are best for Audis, so I don't kill the control arms.

I would be interested in any feedback, Thanks
