 Audi and Daimler Seek Out-of-Court Settlement over BlueTec Word from Germany is that there's dispute over use of a Daimler patent as claimed by Mercedes-Benz. In April, the Stuttgart-based manufacturer said it was examining whether had used the company's BlueTec technology without permission. It is known that there was cooperation between the two companies, so where the question arises remains to be seen. A spokesman from Audi reportedly confirmed that there are currently talks ongoing between the two companies in order to settle the matter. Full Story  |
