 Front License Plate In California, like most other states, it is illegal to Not have a front license plate. Moreover, all cars sold in the U.S. is required to have a front license plate bracket, and hence the Audi TT's have them too. It's really ugly though. I'm thinking about replacing the front bumper trim. Here's an example from eBay: eBay Motors: 2005 - 2008 Audi A4 S4 Bumper License Plate trim insert (item 170198455602 end time Mar-08-08 23:13:56 PST) The thing is, that specific part doesn't fit the TT. I called the dealer, but they didn't have the part. Is it possible to replace the trim on an '08 TT? Do you guys leave the front license plate on? If not, what do you do with the empty bracket?  |
