 Driver-Side Window Problem Greetings fellow allroad owners... Recently purchased 2001 allroad is giving me a heck of a time on the driver-side window. I have looked around and see that a few people had problems with the "jam" sensor. It will go up halfway, get stuck, go back down, rinse and repeat until the window goes up. Most of the time I have to resort to pulling the window up, which I know is not good for the motor, or the whole system in general. Also, the driver's display has now gone blank as I drive. It will indicate all is OK at start-up then the screen goes blank aside from the gear indicator. Simple fix? I'm reading around the manual and on-line to see if I might have hit a switch or changed the mode. No luck so far. Looking forward to your input/advice. Thank you in advance.  |
