Default chip for a 97 a4 1.8

I was looking around at the faq for chips and I looked at a couple of the vendors, and then for the heck of it i looked on ebay to see if anyone was selling a chip. I came across a company called inmotion or something like that. They claim to reprogram your ecu and add about 40 hp's and around the same amount of torque. heres the chip on ebay , tell me what you guys think, money is of course whats holding me back from getting this done, and this is cheaper, has anyone dealt with this company? chip
