Default Dash computer problems

Hi guys,i have an A4 1.8 T Sport,and it runs ok,pulls well,and seems fine,except when im changing gear and the turbo is spinning,its making a strange flapping sound,like its catching or something,is it on the way out?,or does it need some oil?,i have no idea what to do!
