 Check Engine = Error in ECM? Sorry for the long Noob post, but I figure someone might have seen this problem before. I have a 2002 A4 1.8T Quattro with an APR Stage 1. Check engine light came on, coupled with 4 loud beeps from the rear speakers (or trunk?) when I start the car in the morning. The beeps are inconsistent, and don't always happen. Took the car to the dealer, said that they found an error in the ECM. Being a dumb*ss, I didn't get the VAG code, but will this coming week. Can anyone give any advice or input without the codes? Have you heard of an ECU causing this problem?  |
