Default GIAC Replash or APR Chip

Hi,

I recently purchased a A3 2.0T with DSG.
Today I will have the AWE cat back installed. I'm not sure if I should use the GIAC reflash or the APR chip upgrade.
I've read great things about both of them but I've not heard anything about actual users that have had these upgrades

Thoughts?

Regards
