Default ticking noise

I have A6 18T 97 65.000 the ticking noise can be heard in an regular bet, when I accelerate slowly remain regular < after a harder accelertion it disipears and starts ticking again when engine runing smuodly. The noise it can be heard better from inside of the car coming from someware below the engine and gearbox it is so enoing.please give me some tips
