n75 or not ?

Well i have been reserachin on the forums but have not found a good response to what the n75 vavle actually does.

I have a apr chip, and a forge DV, and my question is should i upgrade my stock n75 valve to a Race version ?

I have a 2000 Quattro coupe. Thanks
