Default Losing boost in top gears??

Just had a curious question to see if I am the only one who this is happening to, but when I am at WOT I only seem to manage about 15psi but this is like during a race when I go thru the gears. When I go from a roll in 3rd gear or 4th I can hit 22psi just fine and hold about 20. Does this happen to everyone or is this a problem I should be looking into more. I cant seem to hold even 20psi thru all gears. Thanks guys.
