KW Var 2s are great. Konis Coilovers are about $500 less and, frankly, just as great. Vogtland also has great coilovers. Adjustability is important if you autocross or track day, otherwise not really needed. C/Os also weigh less, and lower unsprung weight always helps handling.
But given your requirements, I would maybe skip coilovers and go with the Koni FSD/Eibach setup.
Koni has a special website to explain why these are very unique shocks. I only wish they made them in a C/O version.
