Default A new clutch

After all the mild mods that I have done to my car, I am thinking about getting a new clutch in order to squeez out all the potental off my TT.
I am thinking about getting the ECS Stage one. Is that any good? Or should I go for the stage two for future reference? (not planning to go for a BT)
Besides, is installing a clutch a tough work? Does anyone here have experience doing that? If I need to take it out to a shop, approxmately how much is it?
