Wheel fitament question, Please help if you can! THANKS

Hey all, I have a 2004 S4, I posted this in the S$ forum but did not get a response. I know that alot of mercedes wheels will fit our cars. I am considering wheels with the following fitment- 19x8.5 inch, offset=35mm, Bolt Pattern=5x112mm. What size tires should i use for these wheels? Most importanly will they even fit my car properly?

They also make a staggered set- 19x8.5 inch 19x9.5 inch, 5x112mm 35mm. What are the chances of that fitting my S4 and what tire sizes should i use. I am looking to get a little stretch on the sidewalls, so i was thinking 225/35/19 in front and 235/30/19 in the rear. Or should i use 235/35/19 in the rear? I am also considering doing 18's the wheel widths are the same. What do you guys think? Any help would be extremely appreciated!! THANK YOU
