how would i know what chip i have?

k, im so happy today because i just got my audi. i bought it from a private seller with only 35k miles. she said she was the second owner. i checked the carfax and the first owner was a corporate lease. she also told me that the car was lowered with 19" rims and she doesnt really know details about the upgrades it has because when she bought it from the dealer, she said it has 2004 upgrades. she also mentioned that it has a chip that would makes the 225 to 265hp. so when i got it today, i looked at the springs, it was eibach springs and it has miglia rims. how would i find out what kind of chip it has and how would i find out if it is activated. on the manaual book, there was a piece of paper that has some sorth of instuction talking about the cruise control to be pressed and the engine light would blink to few seconds and would keep on going until i choose the program. please help me out. thank you!
