 Getting car chipped do I need to change the DV(2008 model)? Hi guys, Im getting my car chipped witht he APR program tomorrow and I was wondering if its absolutly necessary to get the DV changed as well. Ive read quite a bit of the post that say yes but I remember like I read a post somewhere which mentioned that the 2008 models have an upgraded DV. I cant seem to find any more information on this and yes I have searched through the forum. Im just wondering if anyone here with a 2008 car is chipped but without changing the DV. Also im thinking of going with the APR R1 does anyone have it in their cars and if so how is you experience with it? My car is a 2008 2.0T with DSG. Thank you.  |
