Default Buy or not? Audi S4 Avant

So I found a used s4 avant, 6speed 100,000 miles. The guy will take $10,500 for it which seems like a great deal. My only concern is that it has had an MTM Chip since 15,000 miles.

What are your thoughts on the MTM chip being on there for so long?

Still has stock exhaust and not sure about diverter valves....

If you ask me, I will say it does not really matter if you really love the car, whether it comes with MTM chip or not. Just try to go for it if you really love the car. thats my suggestion.

What's the guy's reason for selling the car? The price seems good to me, but then again when you see a good deal there has to be some sort of reason behind it. If the guy is getting a new car or needs the money quickly, then perhaps there's indeed nothing wrong with it. So you shouldn't be too paranoid..

Ask him if you could test drive it for about half an hour or so (with him in the car obviously unless you know him real good) and see how it is. And pay close attention to anything that might be faulty.
