 Built Short Block FOR SALE!!!! LOWER PRICE!!!! I am selling a brand new built short block for a 01 and up 1.8t. Its from QED. It will easly hold 500HP and turn up to 9k rpms with the right valvetrain. The original cost for the short block was $3600 minus shipping. I wanna sell it for (NEW PRICE) $2500 including shipping THATS $1100 off what you would normally pay for this same block. Make me an offer though. I am selling it because the waterpump set up is different than my 2000 and costs too much to retro fit. It has Forged Mahle 225TT pistons Rod Bearings Main Bearings Gaskets Main Bolts Crank Bolt Machine work- deck block, bore and hone with torque plate Core engine ( the core will have a forged crank) New Oil Pump Carrillo Rods (best money can buy) Head Studs Pilot bearing      |
