Check engine light...again.

Ok first off its a 03 A4 1.8T with 50,000 miles. It started to flutter a bit when the RPM's dropped now its to the point where when the RPM's drop it almost cuts off, flutters then comes back up to normal idle and it has lost all power. It is giving the P0171 Bank one lean code. I have only had this car 2 months and so far i have replaced the coolant flange, bank one O2 sensor, Valve cover gasket, 2 ignition coils ,power steering pump and the spark plugs. Now this. Ive checked around and cant seem to find any vacum leaks. Im assuming it could be the MAF sensor. Is it possible that plugs being gapped wrong could do this? Im at my wits end with this car i love it but i think i got a lemon.
