new guy thinking about buying an audi s4 lots of questions

hey guys how is it going, im new to the audi world but not new to the performance world...

Im looking to replace my 2002 mustang which has recently been totalled, car was modded heavily and had 500hp

anyway on to my questions-

Im looking to upgrade from the mustang to something more practical, roomy, good in snow... but still quick (because i cant stand to drive a slow car)

I found an s4 locally with "rs4 intercooler, mtm chip, exhaust, short shifter and boost guage" (this is what i can remember from the list)

Car looks very clean and the paint looks great on it for the most part...

car has 100,000 miles and the guy is asking 17,500

My first thought was the price was a little high, so my first question

1: Is this a good asking price? KBB shows a 2002 s4 at 15,5K in perfect condition and 14,5 for good condition

2: How much horsepower would something like this make with the mods listed? What kind of quarter mile times could be acheieved as is?

3: What are common problems with this model year? With 100,000 miles im scared that anything could start to go on it...

4: What is the average life span of the clutch on these? Timing belts? Any other normal wear and tear items I should ask the guy about to see if it will need replacing?

5: how much can the stock drivetrain handle? Would I be able to slap a few bigger turbos on it without popping a piston or clutch? Are the pistons and rods forged from the factory?


That about does it for now, feel free to also add in any 2 cents you might have or personal experience with the car.
