prob. in the seatbelt?

Default prob. in the seatbelt?
Does anyone else have a problem with their seatbelt not retracting
on it's own? Both my driver and passenger side belts just don't
retract unless I feed it into position... !!!
I'm driving 2002 Audi A2 SE.
