Default manual trans fluid question

I've recently acquired an Italdesign Aztec. For those of you who don't know, this Italian supercar/concept car uses the 1990 era Audi Quattro RR 20valve turbo and 5 speed trans (mounted in a mid-engine configuration). Seeing as I'm a newbie to all things Audi. what trans fluid do you recommend? for that matter, what engine oil do you run. I'm currently using Mobil 1 10W30.
