Default CEL-tech needed

Got a CEL the other day, but i need a little help to make sure i change the right part! its an o2 sensor apparently but i dont know if i need to replace the front or rear sensor, and any advise on changing it is welcome! ( i dont know where it clips into the main harness)

17526 - Oxygen (lambda) Sensor Heating B1 S2: Open circuit
P1118-004 No signal/communication
