Have a look here for a list of compatible phones with Audi cars Audi: Bluetooth compatible mobile phone list or have a look at Audi Usa Site here for the listAudi > Experience > Innovation > Bluetooth®. If your phone is in this list, it should work without any problems. Try deleting all the pairings and re-sync it.

I reviewed that info and my phone is listed as compatable. When I try to sync, it locks up and the phone freezes. The car display continues to show the phone is not connected.

Have a look at the link given below, this is the MOTO Qofficial pairing instructions page, they have given the pairing key as 0000 Motorola Q Bluetooth® Set-Up and Support. Try and check if it works. Hope this helps
