Hi folks,
I'm enjoying reading all your entries. It's allowing me to learn more about my new 2010 Q5, so thanks! Hopefully the number of posts will grow once the car gets a few years on it. I am used to BMW groups which have 1000's of posts. But we'll get there i'm sure!
Ok, to my question. Audi Jukebox audio .mp3 'sorting' seems very confused when I transfer my .mp3s straight from Itunes to SD card. I am constantly getting 'unknown artist' for songs that clearly have the same directory structure (name of band, song title, track number, etc) as the rest of the songs I transfer. Yet some of the songs get sorted properly under the correct Band, and some don't - 'Unknown Artist'.
I have yet to discover any consistent process - but I DO know that having album covers 'artwork' (usually pulled from wiki) in Itunes causes problems with sorting in Jukebox. When I remove the artwork, the jukebox seems to handle the sorting better - but I still get a few outliers for no apparent reason. Anyone experimented and have a good process?
Thanks! David

Hi, I think I understand your question to be can you take a store purchased music CD (not mp3's) and copy the files directly from the CD to the Jukebox. Answer: No.
