Hello Mike welcome to Audi Forum,
yes,The Concert radio in your Audi A4 has a 5 amp Fuse at the rear of the Radio. I suspect that is the culprit in your case. Replacing it should fix the issue for you. Hope you get it fixed soon.

I had to disconnect the battery on my beloved A4TDI - 206000 miles from new - to clear the drain plugs. Now the radio has no power - totally dead. The main fuse no.43 is fine but is there a fuse at the rear of the radio head? - Radio is a Blaupunkt Concert.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks - replaced the fuse although the original looked ok. Radio still dead so I assume it is a coincidence that the radio packed up as soon as the power was removed.
Any other suggestions? I think I'll use a circuit tester to ascertain whether there is power reaching the unit before I send it for repair.
Once again thanks.
good point I looked at the fuse I replaced more closely and it had blown so I cant figure out why the radio does not work when the replacement is fitted. I checked the replacement again after fitting and it has not blown so power should be getting to the radio. All fuses in the main board are fine.
