Audi S8 and A8 W12 Done in American Market with no 2010 Models Available

We have learned a bit of news about the current-generation D3-generation A8. The car will soldier for the near future in the USA but the higher-performance (and thirstier) S8 and A8 W12 models have quietly disappeared from production for the 2010 model year ahead of the new car's introduction. If you're looking for a new D3 S8 or W12, you might want to pick one up now because, as they say, when they're gone they're gone.

The A8 4.2 and A8L 4.2 will remain for 2010, including a new 100th Anniversary package.
