 Real time help/advice needed - Flashing CEL - Moderator, OK to close this thread if I'm down in Vancouver for the day. 2004 A4 1.8T, Tip, 55K miles mild acceleration from a light, the CEL came on and the engine started running really rough, no power. I'm guessing/hoping it's a coil pack gone bad. Would a bad coil pack cause this (flashing CEL, rough running, low power.) I drove about 2 miles to find somewhere with internet to get online and see what may be up. Any advice the group can give would be appreciated.  |
