if you try to go as fast as possible when the rev counter gets to 4800 rpm the engine starts to splutter if you ease off it will change gear then nail it again and the same happens it feels like the rev limiter is in but its no where near the red line
had it to a garage and they replaced the cam sensor
now there saying its the ecu some one please help

Have you checked for the fault codes ?? If not I'd suggest you to Get it put on a code reader and see if there are any codes first,this may lead you in the right direction rather than do a guesstimate .
