Default Bluetooth pairing

HI .. I recently purchased a Q7 but am unable to pair my mobile to the Q7. There is no pairing menu option available under the tel/set-up .. the only menu options are "set PIN number" and "remove existing devices". Any suggestions as to where I am going wrong?

you pair the phone using the phone not the car. Go to bluetooth settings, add device, it will ask you for a pin# enter 1234, then connect. You will be all set. If it is a samsung or an LG you might have some problems staying connected. It is not the car but the phone.
